When you install and configure the App, we access certain store-level information via official Shopify APIs:

• Merchant Account Details: Store name, primary contact email, store domain (myshopify.com URL), and country location to authenticate sessions and manage billing.
• Catalog Metadata: Product IDs, Image/Media IDs, and description status to store configuration flags inside Shopify Metafields.
• Styling Preferences: Customization settings (colors, typography, badge labels, declaration checkboxes) saved directly in your store's Metafields.

End-Customer Data Notice: Our App does not collect, store, track, or process any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from your store's end shoppers or visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Operate and deliver the core functionality of the App (injecting transparency badges and disclaimers on designated media).
• Process subscription plans via Shopify's official Billing API.
